Parking Lot Line Striping
Clearworks Striping of Ohio can do single locations or corporate chain stores, and is willing to do single occurrence or scheduled maintenance intervals. Once a striping job is accepted, it will be completed as soon as it suits, but the schedule is fluid due to weather. Clearworks can try to accommodate a specific date and and appointment time, upon request.
Concrete Sealing
Anywhere freezing temperatures are present - all concrete surfaces must be sealed or permanent damage will occur. The same is true of any masonry including bricks and blocks. The "pops", or missing pieces in the surface of concrete are usually blamed on salt, however, salt isnt fully to blame. Deicing salt makes the issue much worse but the real culprit is water. If water is allowed to soak into the surface on a day that reaches 33deg F, and then that surface freezes over night, the moisture within the concrete will expand and cause a crack. This allows more water to get in the next day and freeze even harder the next night. This is why you need a reputable water and chloride sealer on all concrete and masonry surfaces. For a tiny fraction of the cost of replacement, your existing surfaces can be sealed every few years which greatly reduces water absorption and thereby reducing temperature induced damages.

We also offer a power broom parking lot sweeping service which is completed with a skid loader. We can clean up dirt and job debris effectively with this and can also haul away debris for disposal.

Concrete repairs, asphalt hole patching, painting, caulking, door hardware and repairs, and periodic maintenance are all things Clearworks currently provides to property maintenance customers. Maintenance is either performed on a per call basis or as a predetermined schedule, whichever best suits the requirements and the budget.
